A cargo cut to taper rather than balloon — the thigh pockets are bellowed so they hold something without adding width when empty.

Cotton canvas washed twice before it is cut, so it arrives soft and does not shrink out of shape on you. Four patch pockets, all of them big enough to be useful.

The waist drawcord is internal. Cuffs adjust on a two-button tab. It is unlined on purpose — this is a three-season jacket, not a winter coat.

Built for a Lahore January and a Murree weekend — 640 gsm wool blend, fully lined in viscose twill so it slides over a knit instead of dragging.

The placket is concealed, which is why it reads clean from the front. Two welt pockets, one inside. The shoulder is set, not dropped, so it holds a line under a shawl.

A wrap that actually stays wrapped — there is an inner tie as well as the outer one, so the neckline does not travel through the day. Viscose with a fluid drape.

The sleeve is puffed at the head and finished with a narrow band, which keeps the volume from collapsing.
