Shipping Policy

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through our logistics partners. Remote areas may have extended delivery times. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates are approximate and begin from the date of dispatch, not order placement.

• Standard delivery: PKR 150–300 depending on your city (calculated at checkout).
• Free shipping: on orders above PKR 3,000 (where applicable — see any active promotions on the website).
• COD handling fee: PKR 50 for Cash on Delivery orders (included in the checkout total).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order in real time under My Orders → Track Order in your account, or by contacting our logistics partner directly with your tracking number.

Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail (unreachable phone, wrong address, etc.), the order will be returned to us and your account will be flagged. Repeated failed deliveries may result in COD ordering privileges being suspended.

Ilaaf Online is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control. We will notify you of significant delays as soon as we become aware.
