The short answer
Orders leave us within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 1–2 business days to Lahore, 2–4 to Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta, 3–5 to all other cities and towns, and 5–8 to rural and remote locations. Estimates start at dispatch, not at checkout.
How long does delivery take to your city?
Every order is dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Transit is counted from that dispatch, so the last column is the one to read if you are asking how long the whole thing takes.

Totals add the 1–2 business days dispatch window to the transit time. They are estimates, not guarantees — the same figures appear on the shipping policy, which is the document an order is placed under.
When does the clock start?
At dispatch, not at checkout. The transit column above begins the moment your parcel is handed to the courier, which is up to 2 business days after you order.
You will know when it happens: a tracking number is sent by SMS and email at dispatch, and the same order is trackable under My Orders in your account.
What counts as a business day?
Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. An order placed on a Sunday or a public holiday begins processing on the next business day — so a Sunday order and a Monday order are dispatched together.
Every figure on this page is in business days. A five-day estimate placed on a Thursday lands the following week, not on the Tuesday.
What can slow a delivery down?
- A phone number the rider cannot reach. This is the single most common cause, and the easiest to prevent at checkout.
- The days either side of Eid, when courier volumes across the country rise sharply and every zone runs at the slower end of its range.
- Weather: heavy monsoon inland, and snow or landslides on the northern routes, both of which close roads rather than merely slow them.
- Courier issues, strikes and government restrictions — the events our shipping terms describe as beyond our control. We will tell you as soon as we know about a significant delay rather than letting you discover it from the tracking page.
What if you are not home when the courier arrives?
The courier attempts delivery up to 3 times. If every attempt fails, the parcel is returned to us and the account is flagged; repeated failures can lead to cash-on-delivery being suspended on that account. The cash-on-delivery guide covers what happens at the door in full.
When should you assume something has gone wrong?
If a parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of its expected delivery date, contact us and we will trace it with the courier. If it arrives damaged, contact us immediately rather than waiting — that has a much shorter window.

How long does delivery take to Karachi?
Karachi is a Major Cities zone: 2–4 business days in transit, after a dispatch window of 1–2 business days. That is 3–6 business days from the moment you place the order.
Does the delivery estimate start when I place the order?
No. Transit estimates begin at dispatch. Add the dispatch window of 1–2 business days to get the wait from checkout, which is the number the table on this page shows in its last column.
Is Sunday a business day?
No. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. An order placed on a Sunday or a public holiday begins processing on the next business day.
My parcel has not arrived. When should I contact you?
